Workspace Rental Pricing
Private Office
$500/Month
Includes:
- One desk
- One office chair
- One file cabinet
- Approximate office size is 140 sq ft (may vary)
- Access to high-speed internet
- Access to office 24/7
- Access to conference room and class rooms with AV
- One year lease, subject to annual renewal
- State mandated online UT Campus training required
- Minimum “in-office” time is three days per week
Additional:
- Offices are intended for new or start-up business use
- Upon signing a lease, tenant must provide a Certificate of Insurance listing Utah Tech as an additional insured providing $1M single occurrence & $3M general aggregate
- Additional desks, file cabinets, and chairs are available at an additional $35 per month per set
- Cannot supply own furniture
- Wired Connection; 1 Gbps, approximate speed 750 – 950 Mbps for both upload and download
- Website hosting and/or port forwarding is not included in the standard rental pricing
- Access to printer, scanner, and copier
Semi-Private Office
